All 2024 College Graduates who are from a 50-mile radius of Dubuque, Iowa. You are eligible if you're graduating from any university in the world, as long as you are from the Greater Dubuque Area. You and any passenger who intends to drive must have a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance.
